About me and my studies

I study Addictology at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. I have been involved in scouting since childhood, where I gained leadership experience. I enjoy spending time with friends, going on trips, and singing in a choir.

Experience in ESN

• I have been an ESN member since September 2025. I have helped organize many events (Culture evenings, quizzes, trips, board games).
• Since January 2026, I have been a Board member holding the Secretary position, focusing on administration and communication with the university.
• I have attended many local and national events (Newbies, teambuildings, National Assembly) and was part of the OC and Safety Team at the spring teambuilding.

My vision and goals

• I want to achieve a better connection and open communication between the Board and active members.
• I plan to introduce supporter positions and organize more interactive section meetings with room for discussion.
• I will ensure the presence of a Safety Team at larger and potentially risky events.
• I would like to fully support the cooperation with Prague United and further develop relations with the university.

About me and my studies

I am a student at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, majoring in General Medicine.

Experience in ESN

• I have been an active member since January 2026.
• I attended the spring teambuilding in Prague and participated in the organization of the Pub Quiz.

My motivation

• I am attracted by self-development and gaining practical experience in organizing the operations of the association.
• I enjoy working with people in an international and diverse environment.
• The ESN program made my own Erasmus very enjoyable, and I would love to provide the same great opportunities for our incoming students.

Goals for the new mandate

• I would like to continue organizing and taking minutes of meetings.
• I want to focus on organizing and tidying up the section's Google Drive.
• I will ensure the reliable management of the ESN office.

About me and my studies

I study Andragogy and Personnel Management at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University.

Experience in ESN

• I work as a supporter to the current HR manager. I am responsible for recruitment, integration, and communication with newbies.
• I organize internal teambuildings and regularly attend section meetings and national activities.

My vision and goals

• I enjoy organizing team-building activities and would like to organize a big weekend teambuilding.
• My goal is to simplify and clarify the recruitment and integration process for newbies.
• I plan to create a comprehensive manual for newbies (information about the ESN structure, a guide to organizing events, etc.).
• In cooperation with the rest of the board, I want to anchor official supporter positions and create a targeted recruitment campaign.

About me and my studies

I study Political Science and International Relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences (FSV UK).

Experience in ESN

• I have been an active member of the Events team since January 2026.
• I have participated in organizing events such as Pub Quizzes, Culture Evenings, Bowling, Board Game Nights, and Murder Mystery Nights.
• I have also participated in section team-building activities.

My vision and goals

• My goal is to make the event organization process clearer for newbies in the team and to improve their integration.
• I want to maintain the current frequency of events and organize multi-day events during both semesters.
• I would like to establish closer cooperation with ESN sections of other universities in Prague.
• I plan to create an overview of past events, including the number of participating students, for better future planning.

About me and my studies

I study Marketing Communication and Public Relations at FSV UK. I like to express my creativity through photography, filming, and graphic design.

Experience in ESN

• I have been an active member since September 2025, and in December I was co-opted to the position of Communication Manager.
• I have participated in many events, including the Newbies Event, spring teambuilding (OC member), and the National Assembly.

My vision and goals

• I plan to continue the rebranding of our social media and increase our Instagram reach by 40%.
• I want to motivate our Communication team, get our section's LinkedIn up and running, and introduce supporter positions.
• I will take care of new section merch, welcome packs, and the promotion of ESNcards.

About me and my studies

I am a student at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, where I study Philosophy. My hobbies include psychology, mountain trekking, classical and self-help literature, and computer games.

My Action Plan (Vision)

• New website: Updating our somewhat outdated website from the old Satellite 4 model to the modern Satellite 5.
• IT team of volunteers: I would like to build a team of people to back up content and move it to the new site with better UI and design.
• Technical support for the section: I pledge to help with anything – be it broken computers, broken printers, silent speakers, a full Google Drive, or a muted microphone.

Skills and experience

• I graduated with honors in IT.
• Experience: Koh-i-noor (employee IT support) and internship at Unicorn in Bratislava.
• I am proficient in MS Office, Unity, Blender, Visual Studio (C#), database systems (SQL), and HTML/PHP/JavaScript.
