One day trip to a Lidice village with a WWII memorial - join the IC CUNI!

Lidice is a small village in Central Bohemia, that was destroyed on June 10, 1942. After the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich (May 1942), the village was razed to the ground on the command of Karl Hermann Frank. Nevertheless, the intention of the Nazis to erase the village from the map of the world was never successful. Lidice were restored and many communities around the world bear the name in honor of Lidice. It's a place with a really strong story and you can learn something about it and maybe experience it a little during a guided tour!

The price for this trip is 130,-Kč (includes transportation and a tour of the memorial). Lunch is NOT included in the price. We will leave at about 10:00 AM and be back in Prague between 3-4 PM.
